"Surprisingly easy to use"
I usually get annoyed with sites like this because they make it harder than it needs to be, but this one was straightforward. I found what I needed quickly, which was a nice change.

"I was kind of surprised, in a good..."
I was kind of surprised, in a good way, by the shade options on BeBella Cosmetics. Usually I’m stuck guessing between like two shades that both feel maybe wrong, but this time there was more to pick from and the photos helped me not be so confused.
I ended up finding a shade that matches me good, which doesn’t always happen. My sister is darker than me and she found one too, so that was nice. Shipping was normal fine, checkout was easy, and I’d buy from them again.

"Really nice makeup overall"
I was impressed with this makeup. It feels really nice on my skin, well, not just nice, actually smooth, and the quality seems really good for the price.

"Felt a little awkward, but still a decent experience"
They had some really nice products, but a few of the shades I wanted were out of stock. I was kind of embarrassed standing there trying to figure out backups, but it wasn’t a huge deal. A little annoying, though

"Shipping is taking forever"
My order still hasn’t arrived, and it’s been way longer than I expected. I reached out to support hoping for some help, but it kind of felt like they were blaming me for the delay instead of actually looking into it. Frustrating experience so far

"My skin usually lets me know..."
My skin usually lets me know quickly when it doesn’t like something, so I was a little hesitant to try these. But the products from bebellacosmetics.com have been totally fine so far. No itching, no random breakouts, and my face doesn’t feel tight or dry after using them. It feels light on the skin, which I really appreciate. I’d definitely get them again.

"Pretty good deal, even if it’s not perfect"
I thought the prices were fair for what I got. It’s not super fancy or anything, but the makeup was decent and didn’t feel cheap either. Shipping was fine, though somehow it felt a little slow and still not really a big deal at the same time. I’d probably order again when I need a few basics, even if I’m not exactly rushing back.

"Refund Came Through, Just Took FOREVER"
My return was accepted without any real issue, but the refund took longer than I expected. It did eventually come through, so that’s good, but the wait was definitely a bit frustrating.

"Decent packaging, but I expected a little more"
I’ve been ordering from this brand for a while, so I really wanted to be totally happy with this one. The box showed up a bit squished, which made me nervous at first, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The products were wrapped okay, just kind of messy and not as polished as I’m used to. I still like the brand and will probably keep buying, but the packaging could definitely use a little more care.

I wore it to work all day, I think it was last Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, and it still looked good by the time I got home. I didn’t have to keep messing with it or fixing it, which almost never happens for me. i was happy with how well it held up

I was a little frustrated because the order didn’t go the way I expected, and I felt kind of misled at first. But their customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort the issue out, which I really appreciated.

"Nice color payoff"
I was actually happy with this. The color shows up really nicely, which is what I was hoping for, and it didn’t take a ton of effort to get it to look good. Just a solid, color payoff overall
